Good talk. Ivo is a very fluent speaker. I definitely learned a lot from this talk, although I had some experience with mobile websites.
Great talk! Very inspiring and practical.
For me the tempo of the talk could gain a bit though.
Very interesting talk. Nice demos. Easy to understand because speaker compares to unit testing in PHP, which is probably more common.
Good talk, on topic and with the right energy presented.
Great overview of very useful information and a decent presentation.
The content of the talk was excellent. To make the presentation even better you could speak more clearly and especially finish the sentences or don't start if you don't know how to finish (perhaps it was the language barrier?). As mentioned, question handling could be better. You obviously were well-versed on the topic and carelessly threw around some very valuable insights. The slides were great and with a better presentation the next audience will be blown away.
Very enjoying, informative and engaging talk. No comments, really!
The topic was very interesting and well-scoped, but it still was a bit too much information to also have some back-and-forth between each other during the presentation. The information density was so high that the speakers switches distracted a bit and I found myself drifting away occasionally. The more difficult topics lacked slides, which was a serious minor. Both speakers were very well versed in the topic, very engaged and engaging and the questions were handled very well (especially considering the difficult and sometimes abstract topic).
The feature overview was very informative and, as others have said, the history wasn't so much. Not that it wasn't nice to know, but with only so little time I would have rather heard about what you used it for and what you found working/not working, rather than silly propel ;-)
You spoke quite fast, especially at the start. Maybe it was the nerves or that you wanted to tell so much in so little time. It wasn't too fast, but it may be something to pay attention to.
You handled all the questions really well (and the blackouts). I enjoyed myself and learned enough about Doctrine to use it for my next personal project. Thanks!
You nailed it!
