Talk comments

I think it was maybe a little to long on the first (theoric) part. As a developer I certainly wanted to see more code and samples, but anyway the talk was very clear and pleasant as usual.

Interesting topic, like the two speaker concept. I would have liked to see more details about their favorite way to build modulair applications

The talk was a decent overview of the current implementations of DI in PHP. Unfortunately nothing new for anyone that looked into it already. Not sure how to improve that though. Maybe incorporate it in a broader talk?

It was a pleasure to listen to this talk. I learned a lot about mistakes i was making doing estimates even when the solution is so obvious.

thanks i learned a lot of stuff i did not know at all about estimation
till now i always felt it as being a thing to annoy you with, but it has some benefits if done well, thx

I think that http is the new buzz of the year since Fabien Potencier put a hard work on it in symfony2 framework. But your talk was a little confusing and the only conclusion I got was that there is no solution to follow the rules dictated by the http rfc. Am I missing something ? Now that HTML 5 is in the place, and is the new standard everyone will or should use, how can we handle this ? No put, no delete, wtf ?

Anyway, I think you talked a little to much about http verbs (which we know don't fit in modern HTML) and maybe not enough about other important ( and working ) things like headers (cache for instance).

a nice introduction and summary of the posibilities, also handy to have some real world examples, but my guess is after all its somehow linked to your experience and how many times you failed to implement it well in different situations

Informative with a wide spectrum of examples, something for everyone.

Nice overview of all the Redis functionality. As soon as the cluster is there I'm sure we'll take a deeper look and probably start using it.

As always, it was a pleasure to hear Rowan speak about a subject. Slides were perfectly done, stories were good.
